Delivery Information

International Express / Registered Delivery

Martini Collections ships to World Wide via available express shipping companies.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Martini Collections is unable to deliver to a P.O. Box. 

All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days of the order date. Please allow up to 10 days from the date of order for some areas. This is to cover international freight processing time.

If there is an inventory issue with your order there may be time delays before dispatch. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Martini Collections if an order does not arrive by email. Please allow 10 business days from the date of order to enquire if your order has not yet been delivered. We are then able to lodge an enquiry with the courier on your behalf to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are liable for actions thereafter the date of delivery, as confirmed by the courier. Upon an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the courier, they will leave a card for you to sign authorising the next delivery attempt to be left at your nominated address without you being present.

You also have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example, you may want to use your work address for delivery or send the item as a gift. Simply change the address in the delivery address location in your My Account area or on the checkout page before processing your order and paying.

Faulty items can be replaced with the same item originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund. You can also exchange for another item by contacting us by email within 7 days from the date the good is received. Customers are liable for the cost of sending items back to Martini Collections.
